"Wonderful place to stay"

"The property is not far from Brighton City Centre. The price was reasonable. We did not have dinner there, but the breakfast was excellent, good menu with lots of choices. It was good quality food and delicious. We would be happy to use the hotel again."

"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "

"We had a lovely stay, the space is well designed, really clean and inviting. The patio is a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee with the peaceful sounds of only the birds. We spent most of our time at the beach which is only 4 mins walk away through a short cut between the houses which is accessible. "The owners were very pleasant and helpful about everything. The location is good for accessing both the coast road to Worthing and the A27.It was cool while we were there and we found the heater and the towel radiator in the bathroom very effective. The patio area is attractive but because of the weather we didn't use it.
